AN INFORMAL INTRODUCTION TO THE NON-BLOG

You've read it thousands of times - "(insert activity here) is my greatest passion in life." While just on the cusp of 21, I can't definitively say I have found my "passion."

So, I'm going to go with the next best thing and start doing what Buzzfeed quizzes, professors and pretty much everyone in my life have told me I'm good at - writing. Now, I'm sure as you read this you'll find typos or grammatical errors and think "who the hell ever told this girl she was good at writing", but I have embraced this and welcome with open arms anyone who cares enough to correct my mistakes.

At the end of the day all I want is to create writing that is honest, funny and crass. I never want to feel as if I'm writing just to turn out an end product or because I have to. I want whomever reading this to think "wow, this is almost refreshing" or "that didn't completely suck."

I have a lot of opinions and ideas that don't get shared because quite frankly, I suck at expressing myself verbally. Writing has been a way for me to get those opinions and ideas out to the universe in hopes someone reading it will have a better understanding of who I am. So here is to The Non-Blog. Don't set your expectations too high here, folks.
